Cancellations must be made between 24-48 hours in advance and will incur a late fee of $25. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Early termination of a lesson due to clients will result in a loss of the remaining lesson time, and the session will not be refundable. Please call for further details.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
